Introduction

TronLink Payment Gateway For WooCommerce – Accept Cryptocurrency.

Tronlink payment gateway plugin is for accepting cryptocurrency as payment. Plugin support TronGrid Mainnet, TronShasta Testnet, TronNile Testnet and the native currency of the TronLink network, and custom tokens(TRC20) under the Tron network.

Features

  8. Connect to TronLink button on checkout page.
  9. Manage order status after payment successful.

Requirements

  • Download and Install TronLink Wallet into your browser (Merchant and Customer).
  • Tron Wallet Address of merchant
  • PHP 5.6 or greater. (You can see this under WooCommerce > Status).
  • An SSL Certificate is to be installed on your site to ensure your customer’s details are safe.
  • WooCommerce Plugin
  • WordPress
  • Require Contact Token Address & Token Image for Custom Coins.

TronLink Plugin Settings

The settings for the plugin are located under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Tron Wallets.

  • Enable / Disable – This will enable the gateway to be used by customers to checkout.
  • Title – This is the text shown for the payment during checkout and on the Order Received page.
  • Description – This is the text shown under the title during checkout.
  • Wallet Address – TronLink Merchant Wallet Address.
  • Environment – This is control of transaction if test “TronShasta Testnet and TronNile Testnet” or live “TronGrid Mainnet” mode.
  • Order Status – This is manage order status after order.
  • Crypto Currency Details – This should changed based on Environment testnet or mainnet. Add currency or token details(Currency Symbol, Token Contact Address and Currency Image).

How to add custom token/currency?

  • Go to plugin settings.
  • Click on Add Currency button.
  • On click it will show currency form.
  • Fill up all details (Symbol, Token Address and Token/Currency Image)

Note* : Custom Token/Currency required Image. It will show on checkout page.

Currency exchange rate

How to add custom currency exchange rate API url?

For custom tokens, you can add currency exchange API URL token-wise. For that you need to update below settings:

  • Open a custom token setting and add the currency exchange rate API URL with your API URL.

Note: Please set your custom API URL response as given below example, Otherwise exchange rate does not work.

Where should you take the currency exchange rate if the custom currency exchange rate API is not set?

It will take coinbase exchange rate. You will also find detailed documentation in the below URL.

Testing Checkout/Payment

  • Make sure you have TronLink Web Wallet installed into your browser.
  • Make sure you have enough balance in your TronLink Wallet

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for these sorts of mistaken purchases. Due to the nature of digital goods, it’s not possible to “return” them.
